Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled or changed at any time before they are shipped.
Shipped orders will not be canceled.

Returns are limited to products received damaged or with quality issues.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a return.
Items must be in their original packaging and tags.

After meeting the conditions, you can choose refund or exchange.

Refund Method
Once the refund is confirmed, the money will be refunded within 10 working days.

Exchanges
Exchanges will be dispatched as soon as the return is confirmed.

Return shipping costs

Precautions
